Brookside Gardens

Today, Feisty, her mom, and I, visited Brookside Gardens. It was beautiful.
There were gorgeous flowers everywhere!
Feisty loved this bench...
...and this one. She is a big fan of intricate leg poses. That's right Feisty, turn those legs into a pretzel.
Azaleas were in bloom EVERYWHERE.
Feisty is skipping for joy!
So pretty.

Oh joy! SPRINKLERS!!!!!!
What could Feisty and her mama be looking at?
Turtles!
This flower had the most wonderful scent.

American History Museum

On the last day of Feisty's spring break, I decided to take her to the American History Museum.
Here is Feisty on the metro. Earlier that day, Feisty surprise-attacked her mom and successfully knocked out her other loose tooth.
When Feisty hangs out with Dinah, she gets soda.
Feisty wanted to see the Washington Monument before we went home.

Easter

Feisty loves dying Easter eggs.
Sparkles!!!!!!!!!!
At one point, Feisty had eggs in all the cups.
Those eggs are FABULOUS!
Feisty loves her Easter dress.
Lovely pose Feisty.
So I'm guessing your chocolate Easter bunny is no more?

Camping with Feisty

Due to the wonderful spring weather, Feisty's parents decided to take her camping. Feisty took along her camera.
Hi mama! Is the tent ready?
Trees!
Daddy LOVES the slide.
Go Feisty Go!
How'd you get up there Feisty?
While they camped. Dinah stayed home with the birds (Feisty took this picture earlier in the week).
And our local squirrel (she took this picture too).

Zoo Time!

So cute little Feisty was on Spring Break this week. In addition to the massive amount of play dates Feisty had, she and I managed to fit in some time for the National Zoo. Feisty, armed with her camera, documented the experience for you.
Oh, Hi Dinah!
Feisty loved the lions...
...especially "The Hairy One."
I think that one is sleepy.
I forgot what these cute little things were. They look a lot like pigs, but they are not.
The panda bears were Feisty's favorite. They were eating lunch.
This particular panda is about to climb up on that rock and answer the call of nature. Can you guess what Feisty's favorite zoo moment was? First thing out of her mouth when we got home, "Mama! The panda bear pooped!"
Elephants!
Feisty was hoping to see some elephant babies, but alas...there were none to be seen.
